This is a structured, skills based mentoring program designed to support Caribbean young adults in personal, educational, and professional development through guided learning, assignments, and individual feedback.
Caribbean citizens between the ages of 18 and 30 who are motivated, open to learning, and able to participate online using digital tools.
Mentees are selected based on clarity of goals, motivation, alignment with the program, availability, and the quality of the application.
Yes. This mentorship program is offered free of charge
No. The program does not guarantee jobs, scholarships, or internships. It focuses on preparing participants with tools, clarity, and confidence to pursue opportunities independently.
The program runs for approximately three and a half months and includes 5 two-hour group sessions, 5 assignments, and 5 one-hour individual feedback sessions.
Yes. Camera use is required during sessions to support engagement, connection, and effective mentoring.
You will need a stable internet connection, access to two devices such as a phone and a computer, and basic familiarity with Zoom, Google Docs, and LinkedIn.
Yes. Participants who attend (at least 4/5) required sessions and complete all (5/5) assignments will receive a certificate of completion.
Missing multiple sessions or failing to submit assignments may result in loss of certificate eligibility or removal from the program.
All personal information is used solely for mentoring purposes and is handled confidentially. Resumes from unsuccessful applicants are deleted within 30 days.
