We offer a structured, skills-based mentoring journey designed to support young adults in their personal, educational, and professional development.
This is the inaugural cohort of the Mentorship Program, and participants will play a role in shaping the future of the program.
The sessions will be active and hands-on. Participants will work on real outputs such as professional documents, online profiles, and personal development plans. Learning is supported through guided sessions, practical assignments, individual feedback, and peer support.
The program is completely free. The only requirement is commitment and active participation.
Many talented Caribbean young adults have the motivation to succeed but limited access to guidance, exposure, and structured support. This program exists to bridge that gap by sharing practical knowledge, real experiences, and clear frameworks for growth.
The focus is not on promises or shortcuts, but on helping participants to build confidence, and readiness to pursue opportunities independently.
Participants in this program work on real-world outputs, not just theory. By the end of the journey, mentees will have:
A completed personal development portfolio
A clearer sense of direction and personal goals
Improved professional documents and online presence
Practical tools for job, scholarship, and opportunity applications
Increased confidence in navigating global and digital environments
This mentorship program is designed for Caribbean citizens aged 18 to 30 who are:
Actively thinking about career or educational progression
Open to learning and applying feedback
Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms
Willing to commit time and effort to personal development
The program is fully online in an interactive workspace and only accommodates a small cohort of 5-7 participants. Participants attend group learning sessions, then complete weekly guided assignments and receive individual feedback. At the start of the program, everyone is paired with a tandem partner who will collaborate with them and ensure accountability. The journey ends with a final reflection and online graduation.
